American soccer fan Bernie Woodson was so delightfully gearing up for Tuesday’s World Cup match-up with Belgium that he attempted to research to the U.S. opponent to add some geographic knowledge to his trash-talking. One problem: He wasn’t able to find the European country in South America, where he believed it to be.
“I bet these stupid Belgish people are from a country dumber than Chile or Argentinaguay,” said Woodson. “If only I could find it on this map. Where is it, next to Panamarica or something?”
Decked out in American flag facepaint, an American flag T-shirt, American flag cape, American flag scarf, American flag pants, American flag socks and American flag shoes, the geographically challenged Woodson had one last dig for his enemies of the day:
“I bet their fans dress like total morons.”
