The Chicago Cubs today announced that nine players from this year’s draft have signed letters of intent to purchase Cubs season tickets for next season, bringing the number to nine fans who have purchased or have promised to purchase 2014 season tickets.
Among them are right-handed pitcher Trey Masek, a top-10 selection, out of Texas Tech University.
Masek’s seats will be in the Bartman section along the left field line. He’ll be available to pitch for the Cubs since his seats are close to their bullpen area.
