Bears fan Bob Benson doesn’t think his team’s stunning loss to the Packers will be too hard on him, assuming he can avoid all media as well as contact with other human beings until the Bears play the St. Louis Rams next Sunday.
“I wasn’t planning to use my vacation time this way, but if I can get my boss to agree, I’ll just hole up in the house and read the Game of Thrones book series or something,” he said. “The time should just fly by.”
Benson, who posted roughly 500 Packers-bashing memes in the last week, also plans to avoid Facebook for a good five or six days.
