Picked by the Colts with the No. 1 overall selection, Stanford QB Andrew Luck was named the dorkiest top pick of all time, easily topping the two previous most dorky NFL No. 1 overall picks, Iowa QB Randy Duncan (1959) and Ohio State LB Tom Cousineau (1969).
“There’s little doubt Andrew Luck has the potential to be an all-time great quarterback, but my god is he dorky,” said ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper. “He’s even dorkier than me, and I’m some where NFL draft freak who looks like a weird cross between Elvis and Eddy Munster.”
