After the clock hit zero on the Bears division clinching victory Sunday afternoon, Charles Leno perfectly executed a kneel down of his own.
“Playing lineman is challenging enough, but I never realized how stressful it can be running that kneel down play,” said Leno. “Like, what if you drop it, and can’t find it? Then, it’s all over man. I’m just glad I pulled it off!”
Head coach Matt Nagy continued, “His form was absolutely perfect. The angle in the bend of his knee was flawless, even better than Trubisky’s.”
Expect Leno to run all of the team’s kneel downs for the rest of the season.
