Critics are lashing out at Jay Cutler for being too joyful and playful Monday night. In the Bears 13-7 victory over the Lions, Cutler was seen laughing and smiling with other players, including members of his offensive line, who were responsible for the horrific sack which nearly knocked him out of the game.
“What the hell was he thinking? We only won by six, he was nearly killed by that giant guy with the funny name, and at the end of the game he’s smiling like he doesn’t care about any of it,” said Walter Syzmala, a northwest suburban sheet metal worker. “I just can’t believe the attitude on this guy.”
Cutler was unavailable for comment, as he was undergoing treatment for what was described as a “bruised body.”
