Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, who had arthroscopic surgery on his knee earlier this month, has finally admitted that the alternative treatment involving Jell-O injections he tried in June “was probably a bad idea.”
“In hindsight, I guess it makes sense that injecting Jell-O into a major joint wouldn’t solve anything,” said Urlacher. “But I wanted to do everything possible before having to go under the knife.”
