Bulls veteran Rip Hamilton, who has dealt with an ambush of injuries, is returning to the line-up for some much needed offensive firepower for the postseason. His shoulder, back, lower body, and even a sore neck after a vicious sneeze are all behind this shooting guard seeking one more title before vanishing off into the sunset.
In order to keep Hamilton ready for LeBron James and the Miami Heat, Bulls GM Gar Foreman has announced Rip will be playing with an NBA approved, full body, armored suit.
“It’s a model that comes from Marvel,” Forman said. “This body armor, which has been NBA approved specifically for Rip Hamilton, is something Rip understands he needs.”
“Now when I get out there on the court, I will feel like a super hero,” said Hamilton. “No more setbacks.”
