Peyton Manning recently supported his brother Eli by sending friends and family an email asking them to “root for Eli and his team in the Super Bowl.” Unlike Tom Brady’s wife Giselle, who sent a similar email this week, Peyton then went on to encourage people to hate someone as well, demanding they “definitely not pray for that evil Jim Irsay.”
“Eli really needs our support in the big game on Sunday,” wrote Peyton. “But you know who doesn’t deserve our thoughts and prayers? Jim Irsay. That’s who. I’m not saying we should wish him ill or anything, but it would really mean a lot to me if you sent absolutely no positive vibes his way.”
Not wanting to end the email on a down note, Peyton added, “Go Giants! Not Jim!”
