After Billy Cundiff missed a 32-yard game-tying field goal, belligerent Ravens fan Walt Gumperson stormed out of Sam’s Tavern in east Baltimore screaming of repercussions for the blown game.
“This is it,” Walt slurred. “This is the death of Baltimore. The Ravens were the heart and soul of this city. They drove the city’s economy almost as much as the drugs did. All we have left are the Orioles and crab cakes. Mmmmm Crab cakes. ”
Mr. Gumperson was later seen trying to stimulate Baltimore’s economy at a local liquor store.
