Ozzie Guillen has always been a manager who goes with his gut rather than over-think a situation. Guillen showed his trademark aggressiveness when he woke up one day last week, thought of the name ‘Schmozzy’ and immediately adopted a fourth son to bring home to Ozzie Jr., Oney, and Ozney.
“If you don’t like me adopting a kid and giving him a [expletive deleted] silly name, then you got a problem with me,” said Guillen, apparently acting proactively toward criticism. “That’s how I work.”
Despite being only four years old, Schmozzy already has over 1,000 followers on Twitter, a number that exploded last week after the newest member of the Guillen family tweeted derogatory remarks about former Sox players, referencing Timo Perez’s marital problems and Mike MacDougal’s affinity for gambling at the track.
